Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value in our online shop.
How long is the delivery time?
If the order is placed by 2 p.m., it will be shipped on the day of order. Delivery by DHL can take 1-5 days.

How can I track my order?
After the first scan by our parcel service provider, you will receive a tracking number by email. The tracking number will also be assigned to the respective order in your customer account under "Orders." Here you can track the current status of your order at any time.

What does my / mµ mean?
my or mµ stands for the order of magnitude micrometer, which corresponds to 1/1000 mm.
The material thickness of films, for example, is specified in my: greater thickness corresponds to higher load-bearing capacity and tear resistance.
What is an adhesive closure?
This closure replaces the alternative version with postal clips.
To do this, remove the adhesive strip and stick the tab onto the transparent film on the back of the bubble envelope.
This allows the envelope to be resealed, which is also necessary for sending goods or books via the US Postal Service.
